This is not personal protective equipment or a medical device. These barrier masks are not intended to protect against viral infection or Covid-19. It is necessary to use these masks in conjunction with public health advice such as proper hand hygiene and social distancing. A barrier mask / face covering will help prevent the spread of viral infection to others. Please see instructions for use below and please follow guidance on gov.ie here

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, hand wash or machine wash from cool up to 60°C. Stretch out the linen, iron when damp (do not iron the elastic), and leave to dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To avoid contamination when putting on a mask, the following steps should be followed:

  1. Wash your hands with soap and water (or use a hand sanitizer) before handling the mask.
  2. Pick up the mask only touching the elastics. 
  3. Locate the top of the mask (curved edge sits on the nose).
  4. Place the barrier mask on the face.
  5. Hold the mask from the outside and fasten the elasticated loops behind the ears.
  6. Lower the bottom of the mask to the chin
  7. Check that the mask covers the chin.
  8. Check that the mask is correctly positioned.
  9. Once secured, no longer touch the mask with your hands. If you need to touch the mask, wash your hands with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer.
  10. Never put the barrier mask on the forehead or below the chin, either in a waiting position during use or after use.

To avoid contamination when removing a mask, the following steps should be followed:

  1. Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hand sanitizer
  2. Do not handle the front of the mask. Take the mask off by using the elasticated loops.
  3. Place the mask into a secure air-tight bag until you can wash it.
  4. Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hand sanitizer
  5. Never put the barrier mask on the forehead or below the chin, either in a waiting position during use or after use.

The natural beauty of linen is easily maintained.

Tableware & Home Accessories - Handwash in cool water or machine wash at 30°C. Always iron linen when damp, first on the wrong side to eliminate creases and then on the right side if you wish to enhance the fabrics natural sheen. Always dry linen naturally, never tumble dry.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange a piece, we are happy to do so within 30 days of purchase, along with your receipt. If you wish to exchange, we would be happy to assist you in finding the right piece for you. We take pride in the pieces we create, and we want them to have pride of place in your home.

SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide. Shipping within Ireland is free. Shipping worldwide is €20. Your order will be shipped by registered tracked post. You will be sent a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery. We also offer an express service if you need your package urgently. Costs for this will be arranged at the time of purchase.

Orders from our website will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Most of our pieces are made to order, and we require additional time for any bespoke pieces. We strive to create and deliver all of our orders as fast as possible but please do get in touch if you need something urgently and we will do our best to look after you.

PACKAGING

For our regular collection, all of our packages come beautifully wrapped in our signature Irish Linen House boxes which come inside a natural gift box, finished with tissue paper and twine. We also offer complimentary gift tags to match our gift boxes which can personalised with a handwritten name and a short personal note. Please get in touch via email at the time of purchase if you wish to include this. Unfortunately, you cannot claim a tax refund against online purchases on our website. However, if you are purchasing in our shop on Bow Street, you can claim tax back. We will walk you through the process upon payment in our shop.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit and debit cards, however, we do not currently accept American Express. We can also take payment over the phone, or via PayPal.
